We are looking for a Project Engineer responsible for managing CAPEX projects in various areas, such as process piping (clean and non-clean), HVAC installations, civil works, clean rooms, and utility equipment. All in GMP and non-GMP areas.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Create project cost estimates and conduct value improvement reviews
- Generate all necessary project management documents, plans, and reviews, such as risk assessments, project charters, project scope statements, procurement planning, quality planning, and functional specifications
- Determine technical solutions
- Handle project HSE management and conduct project safety reviews
- Develop and execute the Project Execution Plan, including supervising installation
- Produce, review, and approve project-based drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations, and datasheets
- Conduct FAT/SAT/inspections of new equipment in the project
- Manage commissioning activities
- Address project deficiencies and deviations
- Formulate and execute project execution strategies that cater to customer needs in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and functionality
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of engineering experience, with 2 years spent on investment projects in the Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry
- Deep knowledge of HSE and GxP/QA
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Dutch

- Demonstrated skills in project management, including contract management and project controlling
- Wide-ranging interdisciplinary knowledge
